This site grew out of the original EASY Feedback. That first version proved how valuable everyday recognition between colleagues could be, and it carried years of genuine feedback and thank-yous. We rebuilt it from the ground up on a modern foundation, with a cleaner design, faster pages, and new ways to recognise one another, while carrying every piece of feedback and recognition from the original safely across so nothing was lost.

EASY Feedback was written together by Dr Theophilus Samuels, Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthetics, who has lived the problem it sets out to solve, and Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant. It was a true collaboration: the ideas, clinical judgement, and design direction came from the ward and the bedside, and the two of us shaped, built, and refined the application side by side, line by line.

EASY Feedback is a non-profit project, built and run for the benefit of NHS colleagues rather than for profit. There is nothing to buy and no advertising — it exists purely to help people recognise and support one another.
